I believe this quote means that if you have a goal you really want to accomplish, you should tell yourself that or write in on a paper where you can see it everyday. It also means that if you been dreaming of something your whole life, don't do bad things that you may want to do because it may affect accomplishing your number one goal. By reading your number one goal everyday you will go through a lot to get their, because just by sitting down nothing will come your way. That is why Peter Vednar got a perfect ten, because that is what he wanted to be to get there. Probably you should only focus on one important goal and stick with it unill it comes true. After you accompish this main goal youmay want to focus on another one and so on. Atleast untill you accomplish every goal you been dreming of. Honestly reaching your goals all depends on self modivation. As in encouraging yourself to reach your goals and pushing yourself to get there. Healthcare Administrator

Duties and responsibilities: A healthcare administrator is a field relating to leadership, management, and administrtion of public health systems, healthcare systems, hospitals, and their networks.

Salary: Each healthcare administrator gets paid about $94,000 a year or an averagwe of $86,000.

Education: Usually need a bachelor's or a master's degree to be an hwealthcare administrator.

Reflection: No I would not want to be one, because I do not see myself in a job like this.

This quote means that when you do great things in life people will remember you as the one that did something excellent. Some people for example are sort of gold diggers. That no one likes because people do not want their money taken away from someone else. You have to earn money that is why you should make a good name for yourself. If you make a bad name for yourself, like being a gold digger, people will not want to talk to you or they will talk bad about you. Some examples of making a good name for yourself is, being nice, work hard, patience, and being carring. If you follow these steps, people will look up to you and the universe will rewaard you. Examples of having a bad name for yourself is disrespecting others, impatient, unloyalty, and lazyness. People will look at you ina bad way not just physically but mentally to. Sure you should not care what others think, but you should do these great things for yourself, to make yourself proud.

This quote means that when you make right choices people admire you. Also being nice to people and yourself and people will remember you and respect you. Like when life puts you in tough situations, you always have to be positive about it, and people will admire you. You have to hustle until you do not have to introduce yourself because people will respect and know you ass that one person who did something great. For example if you want to be remembered by people, you have to create yourself or be someone that won't ever be forgotten. Some examples on making a good name for yourself are good grades, doing great things for others as well as yourself, smiling all the time, and etc. Now making a bad name for yourself is being disrespectful to others, bad grades, being selfish, and being ignorant. The person does not know what to choose and that is exactly what I mean, that you have to make a name for yourself to be recognized.

This quote means that  when your "friends" offer you things or tell you to do say bad things, you should follow your instinct and choose what is the right answer for you. In other words it is saying not to get pushed around by others just because you want to be "cool" or fit in. When you finally speak up to say that you don't want to do that certain thing, you shouldn't mind if your alone on it. Even if all your "friends" are calling you names or making fun of you, who cares. Then that means they were not true friends at all because they do not respect your decision. The quote also means that you don't really need people to stand with you in a situation like this because they weren't going to be there your whole life anyway. In other words you should not mind when people are forcing you to do things that are bad. You should speak your own mind no matter what. Also if everyone is the same, you should be different aand stand out, because we all have to stand for something. As you can see on the picture, he is different from everyone else and he is alone at it.

This quote means that when you choose the right you will look good infront of others as in within yourself. As in choosing the right means doing the right thing, saing the right thing, and feeling good about yourself. Honestly when I do good things to make myself happy I feel good, as well as I feel when I do things for others. Now when I do bad choices in my life, I feel terrible and guilty because I know that I have chose the wrong. The picture at the bottom represents people who do not know what to do, which is almost all of us because we sort of don't know if we are choosing the right.

Education: To become a ENT you need a bachelor's degree and you have to got o medical school.

Reflection: I wouldn't want to be an ENT specialist because I woul not want to look inside others mouth.
