World Records

Stig Severinsen has written a book called Breatheology which helps people find their 'inner dolphin' - a state of mind to help control breathing underwater1. The world records is the best global performance ever recorded in a skill or sport.
2. The world record holder is Stig Severinsen.
3. It was set in a submerged pool in London.
5. My favorite world record is the swimmer who swam 200 meters underwater.
6. I like this record because it involves water, and I like the ocean so much.
7. I think if I were to hold a world record it would be like the one above, because I would want to know how it looks like that far in the ocean.
